Ingrédients

4 pers
  • 2 tbsp butter · softened
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 batch Homemade Burger Seasoning
  • 1 lb ground beef chuck
  • 4 cheddar cheese · slices
  • 4 iceberg lettuce · leaves
  • 1 tomato · sliced into thin rounds
  • 1/4 red onion · sliced into thin rounds
  • 12 dill pickle · slices
  • 1/4 cup Comeback Sauce

Préparation

  1. 1

Preheat the indoor grill to 325°F. Spread the softened butter onto the cut sides of the burger buns, then place them cut-side down on the grill until lightly golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  2. 2

Combine the spices for the burger seasoning in a small bowl.

  3. 3

Divide the ground beef into four equal portions and gently shape them into round patties, approximately ½ to 1-inch thick, taking care not to overwork the meat.

  4. 4

Apply ¼ to ½ tsp of the prepared burger seasoning generously to both sides of each patty.

  5. 5

Place the patties on the grill and lower the lid. Cook for 7-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F. During the final 1-2 minutes of cooking, drape the cheddar cheese slices over the patties. Remove from the grill and assemble with the toppings.
