
Cheeseburger Salad with Animal Sauce Dressing
Classic burger flavors are reinterpreted in this crisp, fresh salad. The dish combines seared mini beef patties with fresh vegetables, all finished with a signature creamy and tangy animal sauce dressing.

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp relish · sweet or dill
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 hearts of Romaine lettuce
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 tomato · large
- 2 oz cheddar cheese · shredded

Whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, apple cider vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl to prepare the dressing. Set aside.

Rinse the Romaine lettuce, drain well, and chop into 2-inch pieces.

In a bowl, combine the ground beef and seasoning salt. Divide the mixture into four equal portions, then shape each portion into four small patties.

Heat cooking oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sear the patties for 3-5 minutes per side until browned, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
