Ingrédients

4 pers
  • 6 Persian cucumbers · halved lengthwise
  • 2 large ripe avocados · cut into large chunks
  • 2 scallions · thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro · finely-chopped
  • Furikake and chili crisp · optional, to taste
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
  • 1 small clove garlic · finely grated
  • 1/4 tsp fine sea salt · plus more to taste

Préparation

  1. 1

Place the cucumbers flat-side-down on a cutting board and gently smash them with the side of a knife until they crack open, then cut them diagonally into 1-inch pieces.

  2. 2

Whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and salt in a small bowl until the sugar has fully dissolved.

  3. 3

Combine the smashed cucumbers, avocado chunks, sliced scallions, and chopped cilantro in a large bowl. Drizzle the prepared dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to coat, taking care to preserve the avocado texture.

  4. 4

Spoon the chili crisp over the salad and sprinkle with furikake before serving.
