- 3 garlic · finely minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 lemon zest
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley · finely-chopped
- lemon wedges · for serving
Préparation
- 1
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes if using.
- 2
Whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
- 3
Place the shrimp in a separate bowl, pour two-thirds of the lemon garlic butter over them, and toss to coat evenly.
- 4
Thread the shrimp onto the skewers by piercing near the tail and head so they lie flat.
- 5
Place skewers on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until the shrimp are opaque, pink, and lightly charred.
- 6
Transfer the skewers to a serving platter and drizzle with the remaining lemon garlic butter.
- 7
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm with extra lemon wedges.
