Ingrédients

2 pers
  • 1 cup unsweetened milk of choice
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup · to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped dark chocolate or mini chocolate chips · optional
  • Garnish suggestions: chopped dark chocolate, mini chocolate chips, whipped cream, fresh raspberries, sliced banana, shredded coconut, toasted sliced almonds, chopped pecans or vanilla Greek yogurt

Préparation

  1. 1

Combine the milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and optional chopped chocolate in a small jar or bowl. Whisk thoroughly until the cocoa powder is completely incorporated.

  2. 2

Allow the mixture to rest for 15 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight, until the seeds have fully absorbed the moisture.

  3. 3

Stir the pudding once more before serving to ensure a smooth consistency. Adjust sweetness with additional maple syrup if desired, then portion into small bowls and add toppings as preferred.
