  • 5 pounds Russet potatoes · peeled and cubed
  • 8 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic · minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ¾ cup water · or chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. cream cheese
  • ½ cup milk · or half and half

Preparation

    Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

    Place the prepared potatoes into the slow cooker.

    Add the water or chicken broth, minced garlic, salt, and pepper into the slow cooker.

    Place the butter on top of the potatoes.
