  • 1 white onion · chopped
  • 2 lbs lean ground beef (96/4)
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 splash lime juice
  • 1 splash water
  • 8 wellness wraps

Preparation

  1. 1

Finely chop the onion and sauté in a pan over medium-high heat until golden brown.

  2. 2

Add the ground beef, beef broth, taco seasoning, tomato paste, and reduced-fat cream cheese to the pan. Mix everything thoroughly and cook until the beef is fully browned and the filling is uniform.

  3. 3

In a food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, hot sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, a pinch of salt, a splash of lime juice, and a small amount of water. Blend until smooth.

  4. 4

Lay out the 8 wraps and distribute the beef filling evenly among them. Roll each wrap tightly into a burrito.

  5. 5

Place the burritos into a hot pan and lightly sear each side until crisp.

  6. 6

Drizzle the prepared sauce over the finished burritos before serving or storing for meal prep.
