Ingrédients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic · minced
- 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
- nonstick cooking spray
- blue cheese dressing · or ranch dressing, optional
- celery sticks
- chopped fresh chives · optional, chopped
Préparation
- 1
Coat the basket of a 3 quart or larger air fryer with nonstick spray.
- 2
Trim off the wing tips and discard them. Separate the drumette side from the flat side at the joint by slicing through the soft spot.
- 3
Pat the wings until very dry and sprinkle them evenly with salt.
- 4
Arrange the wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer without touching. Cook at 180°C for 12 minutes, then remove the basket and flip the wings. Return to the air fryer for another 12 minutes at 180°C.
- 5
Flip the wings again, then increase the temperature to 200°C. Cook for a final 6 minutes, flipping halfway through until the skin is crisp.
- 6
While the wings cook, melt the butter in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir in the hot sauce, minced garlic, and vinegar until the mixture is smooth.
- 7
Transfer the hot wings to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat them. Serve immediately garnished with chives, alongside blue cheese or ranch dressing and celery sticks.
