  • 100 g unsalted butter · softened, divided
  • 1 large garlic clove · finely minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tsp cooking salt

    Melt 1 tbsp (15g) of butter in a small frying pan over medium heat until foaming. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds while stirring until very light golden. Remove from the heat and let it cool for 3 minutes.

    Combine the remaining butter, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, chilli flakes, and salt in a small mixing bowl. Pour the cooled garlic butter into the bowl and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
