Ingrédients

4 pers
  • 4 salmon fillets · skinless, cut into 2.5cm cubes
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 3/4 tsp cooking salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Préparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 240°C.

  2. 2

Lightly scrunch up sheets of aluminum foil, then gently unfold them to keep a crinkled texture. Line a baking tray with the foil, ensuring the edges are secure; this creates gaps that prevent the fish from sticking or getting soggy.

  3. 3

In a bowl, combine the paprika, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, pepper, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and olive oil. Add the salmon cubes and toss thoroughly until well coated.

  4. 4

Arrange the salmon cubes on the prepared foil, spacing them out to ensure even browning. Bake for 12 minutes without turning. Remove from the tray immediately after baking to stop the cooking process.
