Ingrédients
- 1 block extra firm tofu

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic · grated
- sesame seeds and/or green onions · for garnish
- 1-2 cup cooked rice
- 12 ounces green beans · steamed or sautéed
Préparation
- 1
Pull the tofu into craggly, bite-sized chunks with your hands.
- 2
Toss the tofu chunks with the cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Add the soy sauce and oil, tossing again to coat thoroughly.
- 3
Air fry the tofu at 180°C for 10 minutes. Shake or stir, then continue to air fry for another 5 minutes at 190°C, or until crispy and golden.
- 4
Whisk together the mayo, sweet chili sauce, 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce, and grated garlic in a bowl.
- 5
Place the crisped tofu in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ¼ cup of the sauce and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the tofu is glazed and caramelized.
- 6
Serve the tofu over rice with the remaining sauce drizzled on top. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions and serve alongside green beans.
